Refund policy

We want you to love your Till & Tallow products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tillandtallow@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
